📦 Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, such as changes of mind or requests for different sizes/styles.

However, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU) , you can return the products within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the criteria indicated below.

✅ Requirements to be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused and in perfect condition.
• The application kit must be complete.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• Clear photos must be attached for evaluation.

📧 All returns must be pre-approved : please contact us before sending any product back.

🚚 Return costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

❌ Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us before it ships. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, cancellations will no longer be possible.

2. Confirmation and Instructions: We will get back to you with confirmation and instructions, including a PDF with your return label.
3. Parcel Pickup: Enter an address and time convenient for the courier to pick up your package.
4. Refund: Once we receive the package and verify the integrity of the products, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
