📦 Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, such as changes of mind or requests for different sizes/styles.

However, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU) , you can return the products within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the criteria indicated below.

✅ Requirements to be eligible for return:

• Products must be unused and in perfect condition.
• The application kit must be complete.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• Clear photos must be attached for evaluation.

📧 All returns must be pre-approved - please contact us before sending any product back.

🚚 Return costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

❌ Cancellations

To cancel an order, write to us before it is shipped. Once the package has been entrusted to the courier, it will no longer be possible to cancel.

2. Confirmation and Instructions: We will respond with confirmation and instructions on how to proceed, including a PDF with the return label.
3. Parcel Pickup: Indicate an address and a convenient time for the courier to pick up the parcel.
4. Refund: Once we have received the package and verified the integrity of the products, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
